Edward

Meet Edward Allen. A bartender at Palace Café, Edward started in the industry after graduating high school. In his approach to cocktails Edward strives to pay homage to New Orleans’ storied cocktail history, while ensuring his work embodies his authentic self. During this pandemic, Edward has been able to focus on Get In The Damn Pool, a creative arts company he started that specializes in various mediums ranging from clothing design to photography.

Brandi

Meet Brandi Dobney. Born and raised in New Orleans, Brandi began bartending by chance when someone no-showed at her very first job and she hasn’t looked back since. Since then, Brandi has continued to curate cocktails in various capacities. For Brandi, the ability to create experiences and foster human connections made through her creations is what has kept her at it for so long. As Covid-19 has radically changed our daily lives, Brandi has been focusing on her catering business, Wing Woman, which specializes in creating wings from fresh and locally-sourced ingredients. Stay tuned for some specialty cocktails created by Brandi with River Basin.

Deiara

Meet Deiara Stolearenco. Born and raised in the Bay Area with roots in New Orleans, Deiara began bartending while attending Xavier, and has worked in nearly every capacity in the industry. Gaining experience from an eclectic assortment of spots across the city—restaurants, beer labs, boutique dives, and craft cocktail bars—has given Deiara an approach to cocktails and bartending that is utterly unique. During the pandemic, Deiara has begun re-evaluating how to ensure personalization through social media for her regulars. Stay tuned for some Deiara’s specialty River Basin cocktails.
